The fully automated processing system for Bamix protective covers works by feeding the blanks via a hopper and a spiral conveyor. The system finalizes the blanks and checks the parts for correctness and quality using our _ae VISION Solutions optical inspection system. In addition, automatic loading and dispensing of blisters ensures that the finished products are packaged securely.

The new production system replaces an older system that was no longer working efficiently. aerne engineering developed and implemented the entire system - from the initial idea to commissioning.
