The year 2025 in one sentence: What had the greatest impact?
Schärer: A year in which there was less external momentum, but all the more internal movement, because we focused on refining our structure, efficiency, and future viability. Unusual and enormously instructive.
Eberle: I also see it as a year of transformation, in which we further developed our organization and services while closely examining the stability of our operations.
Fürer: Yes, and at the same time a year with the clear task of consistently focusing on consulting and trust and further deepening our proximity to our customers. While others are tending to cut back on services, we are deliberately taking an acyclical approach and investing specifically in our customer relationships.
Eberle: (laughs) Okay, that was more than one sentence! But you've summed it up perfectly. We seized the challenges as an opportunity to critically examine our processes – and make them even better.
Which project or topic challenged you the most this year? And why?
Eberle: The biggest challenge for us was simultaneity. We pushed ahead with key issues by introducing our agile project organization and realigning our service, all while continuing to operate as usual. Change, yes, but without compromising on quality and delivery reliability. Striking this balance was challenging.
Schärer: That's right. 2025 was also a year of conscious decisions. Despite the uncertain market, we continued to invest in
