Starting point
In Germany, our customer is already manufacturing the products in two plants. We previously built one of the two in 2015. Now two more are coming: one for Germany and one for England. The plants will be built completely identically except for one difference in the UK plant: two lines will be modified to produce an old type of lid.
Solution
For the capacity expansion, the customer needs additional processing equipment where the mesh is welded onto the lid. The duplication of the plant also creates the possibility for processing different customer products.
