Two-sided quality check
We have developed an IPC-based vision inspection system that inspects the shipping cartons from two sides with a total of three cameras in a single pass. Deep learning algorithms are also used to detect defects.
100 % inspection of the cardboard packaging
The system checks the carton box for defects such as indentations or tears, correct closure, and whether the adhesive strips and sterile indicators are attached correctly.
100 % inspection of the label
The variable data and the QR code on the labels are read and compared with the target value specification from SAP. If there is no match, the cardboard box is classified as NOK and removed.
