In March, we'll be visiting universities and regional job fairs. We'll be talking to students, graduates, and future apprentices. We'll show you what our daily work is like and what technology really means at _ae. The perfect opportunity to get to know us.
Automation might sound like theory and formulas. In our day-to-day work, it's all about systems that simplify processes for our customers and run reliably. Our projects are technically demanding and developed as a team effort. Young adults at the beginning of their careers take on responsibility early on, contribute their own ideas, and work on solutions that have to stand the test of an industrial environment.
For collaboration to work, it takes more than just technical expertise. It takes openness, curiosity, and good teamwork. That's precisely why we seek personal interaction. At university fairs, we'll be discussing direct entry positions, internships, and thesis projects. We'll explain how projects are structured and what roles young engineers take on at _ae.
At regional job fairs, our trainers will be providing information about apprenticeships, training paths, and career development opportunities. Anyone interested in an apprenticeship will gain concrete insights into the professions, requirements, and daily work routines.
