Since September 2025, Patrick Halter has been leading the newly restructured service unit at aerne engineering. Clear processes, streamlined workflows, and agile teams make customer service faster and more effective—both on-site and online.
At the handover ceremony, Executive Board member Roger Eberle symbolically presented a LEGO City set and the LEGO F1 pit lane. Both represent what _ae SERVICE is all about: speed, precision, and teamwork.
The new service organization brings structured processes, clear responsibilities, and an expanded service portfolio: from modular maintenance contracts and add-on packages to 24/7 remote maintenance. The goal is to work with even greater precision, responsiveness, and customer focus.
